• What You'll Do
• Build meaningful relationships with buyers, sellers, and members of your community while helping them achieve their real estate goals.
• Guide clients through the home buying and selling process with confidence, care, and exceptional communication.
• Conduct buyer and seller consultations to understand each client's unique needs and create a personalized plan for success.
• Help buyers find the right home while creating an enjoyable and memorable experience throughout their journey.
• Partner with sellers to prepare, market, and showcase their homes to attract the right buyers and maximize results.
• Host open houses and community events that create opportunities to connect with people and grow your network.
• Generate new business through relationship building, referrals, conversations, and consistent follow-up.
• Become a trusted resource and advisor for clients before, during, and long after the transaction is complete.
• Collaborate with team members, coaches, and support staff who are invested in your success and growth.
• Participate in coaching, training, script practice, and team events designed to help you sharpen your skills and build confidence.
• Utilize proven systems and technology to stay organized and provide an outstanding client experience.
• Negotiate effectively on behalf of your clients while maintaining strong relationships and professional communication throughout the transaction.
