- Skillfully convert both inbound and outbound leads into scheduled appointments and closed clients, driving revenue expansion.
- Lead thorough buyer and seller consultations to confidently support clients throughout every phase of the real estate transaction.
- Coordinate property showings, organize open houses, and nurture active client relationships to deliver an outstanding client experience.
- Negotiate contract terms and manage transactions through to closing, ensuring deals are completed successfully and on schedule.
- Maintain consistent, clear communication with clients, providing detailed follow-up to ensure exceptional service.
- Precisely record all client interactions and pipeline activities in the CRM system to maintain organization, accountability, and optimize conversion rates.
- Consistently update the CRM platform to offer clients transparent, real-time access to their transaction progress via a personalized portal.
Responsibilities
• Generate new business through lead follow-up, open houses, sphere, and prospecting so you maintain a consistent pipeline
• Convert inbound and outbound leads into appointments and signed clients to drive revenue
• Conduct buyer and seller consultations to guide clients through the process with confidence
• Show homes, host open houses, and manage active clients to create a strong client experience
• Negotiate contracts and manage deals through closing to ensure successful outcomes
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up so no opportunity is lost
• Track all activity and pipeline in CRM to ensure organization, accountability, and conversion
• Participate in team training, coaching, and accountability to continuously improve performance
Qualifications
• Active real estate license or currently in the process of obtaining one.
• Strong work ethic and high level of personal accountability.
• Comfortable with lead generation, follow-up, and client-facing conversations.
• Coachable and willing to follow a proven system.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage time, priorities, and pipeline independently.
• Comfortable with technology, CRM systems, and learning new tools quickly.
• Desire to grow, produce, and perform at a high level.
Valid state license required to join the team (but not to apply).
Compensation
$60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
