Responsibilities
• Active Arizona real estate license required (new or experienced agents)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to learn new CRM systems and AI integrated tech
• Comfortable with lead generation including phone calls and in person conversations
• Coachable and willing to implement feedback and systems
• High level of personal accountability and time management - this is a Full Time position
• Desire to grow within a structured, performance driven environment
Qualifications
Licensed real estate professional - new or experienced are welcome
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Learning based, growth-minded
Organized
Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
Excellent time management skills
**Compensation**
$60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
