Responsibilities

  • What You'll Do
  • Help buyers successfully navigate one of the most important purchases of their lives by providing expert guidance, advocacy, and support throughout the home buying process.
  • Conduct buyer consultations to understand your clients' goals, timeline, and financial objectives while establishing a trusted advisory relationship.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of future buyers through lead generation, follow-up, referrals, open houses, and relationship-based business development.
  • Convert opportunities into signed buyer representation agreements through professional consultations and exceptional service.
  • Assist clients in identifying the right home, community, and lifestyle fit based on their unique needs and goals.
  • Schedule and conduct property tours while educating buyers on market conditions, home values, and purchasing strategies.
  • Write competitive offers and negotiate skillfully on behalf of your clients to help them secure the right home at the best possible terms.
  • Guide buyers through inspections, contingencies, financing milestones, and closing while providing proactive communication every step of the way.
  • Deliver a client experience that creates lifelong relationships, repeat business, and referrals.
  • Host open houses and community events to connect with prospective buyers and grow your sphere of influence.
  • Utilize our technology, systems, and proven processes to manage your pipeline, client communication, and follow-up.
  • Participate in weekly coaching, training, script practice, and team meetings designed to help you grow your skills and business.
  • Collaborate with team members, lenders, transaction coordinators, and support staff to ensure a seamless experience for every client.

Compensation

$80,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly
