Your Responsibilities:

• Promptly follow up with Zillow and inbound leads
• Conduct showings and listing appointments in Stephens City, Winchester, and nearby counties
• Master and implement our tested scripts and conversion techniques
• Participate in weekly coaching, performance evaluations, and accountability meetings
• Provide exceptional service and consistently close transactions

Qualifications:

Compensation:

$120,000 - $175,000+ annually
Commission-based with a steady flow of high-quality appointments to keep your pipeline full.

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
