- Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program and put into practice proven methods that remove doubt while increasing your confidence, consistency, and productivity from day one.
- Work alongside a high-achieving sales agent and skilled negotiator, gaining valuable experience in crafting, negotiating, and securing offers in competitive markets.
- Guide clients through home tours and showings, developing the market insight and intuition essential for delivering outstanding client service.
- Provide clear, thoughtful written feedback after showings to help refine client preferences and improve your advisory skills.
- Prepare and negotiate offers with continuous coaching and support, building hands-on expertise in contract strategy and negotiation beyond theory.
- Commit a minimum of 10 hours weekly to lead generation, mastering the discipline required to create consistent results and a reliable income stream.
- Participate in weekly script practice sessions to boost your confidence, clarity, and professionalism when engaging with clients and prospects.
- Engage fully in team meetings, training, and Partner Calls, embracing a culture of excellence, accountability, and success-oriented habits.
- Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions focused on skill development, mindset growth, and actionable plans to meet your personal production goals.
- Leverage PLACE technology to monitor all activities, learning how top agents efficiently manage their business through data-driven systems and disciplined processes.
Responsibilities
- Successfully complete PLACE New Agent Launch
- Partner with a lead sales agent to support client home tours and search refinement
- Provide detailed written feedback after each showing to ensure clarity and precision in client needs
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours per week
- Participate in weekly script practice and team accountability sessions
- Attend team meetings, workshops, community events, and masterminds
- Commit to weekly coaching, training, and Partner Calls
- Track tasks, communication, and progress within PLACE Technology
- Uphold The Couture Group standards of client care, communication, and professionalism
Qualifications

- A high school graduate
- A licensed real estate agent (or actively pursuing licensure)
Compensation
$50,000 - $95,000 USD Yearly
