- Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program to adopt proven strategies that eliminate uncertainty and boost your confidence, consistency, and productivity from the very start.
- Collaborate with a top-performing sales agent and expert negotiator, gaining hands-on experience in drafting, negotiating, and securing offers in competitive markets.
- Lead clients through home tours and showings, building the market knowledge and intuition necessary to provide exceptional client service.
- Deliver clear, insightful written feedback after showings to better understand client preferences and enhance your advisory capabilities.
- Prepare and negotiate offers with ongoing coaching and support, developing practical skills in contract strategy and negotiation beyond theoretical knowledge.
- Dedicate at least 10 hours per week to lead generation, fostering the discipline required to generate consistent results and a dependable income.
- Engage in weekly script practice sessions to improve your confidence, communication, and professionalism when interacting with clients and prospects.
- Participate actively in team meetings, training sessions, and Partner Calls, embracing a culture centered on excellence, accountability, and success-driven habits.
- Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions focused on skill enhancement, mindset development, and actionable strategies to achieve your personal production targets.
- Utilize PLACE technology to track all activities, learning how top agents manage their business efficiently through data-driven tools and disciplined workflows.
Responsibilities
- Successfully complete PLACE New Agent Launch
- Partner with a lead sales agent to support client home tours and search refinement
- Provide detailed written feedback after each showing to ensure clarity and precision in client needs
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours per week
- Participate in weekly script practice and team accountability sessions
- Attend team meetings, workshops, community events, and masterminds
- Commit to weekly coaching, training, and Partner Calls
- Track tasks, communication, and progress within PLACE Technology
- Uphold The Couture Group standards of client care, communication, and professionalism
Qualifications

- A licensed real estate agent (or actively pursuing licensure)
Compensation
$50,000 - $95,000 USD Yearly
