Looking for someone to CallCoaching by Cusi is a proven, results-driven real estate coaching program built by a top 1% U.S. real estate professional. We help realtors escape outdated sales tactics and instead build profitable, sustainable businesses with modern, relationship-based marketing. Our program combines structured training, on-demand resources, and weekly group coaching, all designed to deliver real-world results.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled Zoom/Google Meet or phone calls with inbound, qualified leads.
  • Use a a laid out sales approach to understand prospects’ goals, challenges, and motivations
  • Present the Coaching by Cusi program in a compelling, value-driven way
  • Overcome objections with empathy and expertise
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow-up activity
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in closing high-ticket offers ($2,000+), ideally in coaching, consulting, or real estate services
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to connect with prospects quickly
  • Experience with CRM systems and structured sales pipelines
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing own schedule
  • Knowledge of real estate is a plus but not required

Compensation

$51,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
