This is a commission-based opportunity with unlimited earning potential—your income is directly tied to your effort. • Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program to build a strong foundation for success
• Partner with sales agents to guide clients through home tours and the buying process
• Hold open houses to generate leads, create buyer opportunities, and build brand visibility
• Provide written feedback after showings to help refine buyer criteria and accelerate decision-making
• Prepare and negotiate offers in collaboration with the lead agent and client
• Lead generate for a minimum of 10 hours per week to build pipeline and future opportunities
• Participate in weekly script practice and skill-building sessions per team standards
• Attend all required team meetings, trainings, and activities to stay aligned and accountable
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, team trainings, and PLACE Partner Calls
• Maintain full visibility into daily tasks and client progress using PLACE Technology
