Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Focused On
- Building and nurturing long-term client relationships
- Converting opportunities into signed clients and closings
- Hosting showings and open houses that drive results
- Negotiating contracts with confidence and strategy
- Staying ahead of market trends and local inventory
- Collaborating with lenders, title, and vendors for smooth closings
- Managing your pipeline through our CRM (Brivity)
- Leveraging proven marketing systems to attract and convert leads
- Continuously sharpening your skills through coaching and training
Qualifications
Who This Is For
- Active Texas Real Estate License (required)
- 12+ closed transactions in the last 12 months preferred
- Strong track record of managing multiple deals at once
- Growth-minded and open to coaching
- Team player who values collaboration over competition
- Ready to stop doing everything alone and start scaling
Compensation
$150,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
