Responsibilities
What You’ll Do to Build a Six-Figure Real Estate Career
- Complete PLACE Launch and master the systems and habits that create consistent closings
- Follow proven lead generation models weekly to build a predictable pipeline of buyers and sellers
- Consult with active buyer clients, secure signed agreements, and guide them confidently through the home-buying process
- Develop strong negotiation skills to write competitive offers and advocate effectively for clients
- Use PLACE technology to track goals, leads, activities, and income-producing opportunities
- Host at least two open houses monthly to build your database, generate leads, and improve conversion skills
- Turn conversations into appointments through proven prospecting systems and scripts
- Participate in weekly script practice, trainings, and role play to sharpen communication and closing confidence
- Engage in a collaborative, growth-focused team culture built around shared success
- Attend weekly coaching sessions, Partner Calls, and accountability meetings designed to accelerate your growth
- Learn advanced listing strategies including pricing, staging, positioning, and marketing homes for maximum results
- Build a scalable referral-based business while increasing production and long-term income potential

Compensation
$55,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
