• Strong Commission Potential: This commission-based role offers a realistic first-year earning range of $50,000–$75,000, with unlimited potential as your business grows.
• Less Time Spent on Administration: PLACE technology, experienced transaction coordinators, and dedicated marketing and design professionals manage many behind-the-scenes responsibilities, allowing you to focus on clients and transactions.
• Consistent Lead-Generation Resources: Proven PLACE systems, ready-made marketing assets, and consumer-facing tools help you build a steady pipeline without relying solely on cold calling or unpredictable prospecting.
• Personalized Training and Coaching: Strengthen your expertise and confidence through daily live training, weekly individual coaching, and targeted script-practice sessions.
• Collaborative, Results-Oriented Culture: Work alongside driven professionals who support your growth, encourage career advancement, and are committed to helping you achieve financial success.

• Graduate from the elite PLACE Launch onboarding and integration program.
• Execute established, high-yield weekly lead generation and prospecting systems.
• Convert inbound prospecting activities and open houses (minimum of two per month) into high-value client appointments.
• Master both sides of the contract: consult with buyers and sellers, secure signed agreements, and navigate aggressive negotiations.
• Manage your business, client pipelines, and daily tasks flawlessly using proprietary PLACE technology.
• Fully commit to your professional development via weekly team trainings, partner strategy calls, and script mastery sessions.

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

• An active Real Estate License is required (prior sales experience is a plus, but not necessary—we train for skill).
• An intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit and a natural talent for overcoming objections.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a deep commitment to client service.
• Learning-based, growth-minded, and exceptionally coachable.
• Outstanding organization, time-management habits, and a strong team-player attitude.
• Reliable transportation and the flexibility to meet with clients across the KC metro area during peak hours.

$50,000 - $75,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
