Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing
- Follow proven lead generation systems weekly
- Convert listing appointments into signed agreements
- Consult with sellers on pricing, staging, and market strategy
- Launch and market listings using proven systems
- Negotiate offers to get the best outcome for your clients
- Host open houses and listing-focused activities
- Track your pipeline through our CRM (Brivity)
- Participate in weekly coaching, trainings, and script practice
- Stay ahead of market trends and positioning strategies
Qualifications
Who We’re Looking For
- Active Texas Real Estate License (required)
- 3+ years of real estate experience preferred
- Strong listing presentation and negotiation skills
- Confident, competitive, and results-driven
- Excellent communicator with strong client service mindset
- Organized and able to manage multiple listings at once
- Coachable and committed to growth
- Team player who wants to scale, not stay stuck
Compensation
$70,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly
