Responsibilities
- Set and track weekly sales and prospecting goals
- Participate in coaching, trainings, and accountability meetings
- Generate leads through calls, events, social media, and referrals
- Convert leads into active clients and closed transactions
- Maintain a high level of customer service and communication
- Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business
- Collaborate with team leadership and operations staff
- Contribute to team culture and community initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Arizona real estate license with at least 1 year experience
- Strong desire to grow production and income
- Coachable with a positive attitude
- Consistent work ethic and accountability
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Previous transaction history preferred but not required
Compensation
$70,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
