• Options for both full-time and part-time agents.
• Responsible for negotiating offers on behalf of your clients.
• Able to effectively communicate with buyers, sellers, and other agents, and be skilled at finding mutually beneficial solutions.

• You'll need to have a valid Colorado Real Estate license.

• Ability to work independently and have control over your professional growth.
• Self-motivated and disciplined, and be comfortable with managing your own schedule and workload.
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to ongoing learning and skill development.
• Able to manage multiple clients and deals simultaneously, and be willing to put in the effort to build and grow your business.
