Responsibilities
- Complete the PLACE Launch program.
- Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis.
- Engage with potential buyers, secure buyer agreements, and assist in home selection.
- Represent both buyers and sellers in negotiating real estate transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology.
- Host two open houses each month.
- Transform lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments.
- Regularly participate in script practice sessions as per team guidelines.
- Engage in team activities according to established standards.
- Attend weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls.
- Provide consultations to potential sellers, secure listings, and oversee the marketing of properties.
- Apply expert knowledge in pricing strategies, home staging, and other services related to listings.
Qualifications
- Naturally driven sales expert with a competitive edge
- Proficient in establishing connections, understanding client needs, and proposing effective solutions
- Skilled in lead generation and prospecting
- Adept at addressing and resolving objections

- Holds a real estate license
- Possesses over three years of experience in real estate sales

Compensation
$70,000 - $130,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
