What you'll be doing:

• Complete our 86-day agent launch — a structured program that teaches you exactly how to build a real estate business. The average agent pends or closes 3.4 transactions during this period alone.
• Run lead generation activities weekly using systems that are already proven to produce results.
• Host two open houses per month — one of the fastest ways to build your pipeline and your confidence.
• Convert leads and prospects into signed appointments and agreements.
• Show up to weekly script practice, morning team sessions, and training calls — because the agents who take their skills seriously are the ones who win.
• Meet weekly with your coach in a 1:1 session designed to sharpen what's working and fix what isn't.
• Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, identify homes, and write and negotiate offers on their behalf.
• Keep your pipeline and client activity organized in our team technology platform.

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. $50,000 - $75,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
