Responsibilities
- Complete PLACE Launch and implement proven systems into your business
Establish a strong foundation that supports consistent and scalable success - Execute weekly lead generation activities
Build and maintain a steady pipeline of opportunities to drive income growth - Consult with buyers and secure signed agreements
Deliver a high-level client experience while converting opportunities into transactions - Consult with sellers, win listings, and market properties effectively
Use strategic pricing, staging, and marketing to maximize results - Negotiate contracts on behalf of buyers and sellers
Ensure strong outcomes while maintaining a smooth and professional transaction process - Convert prospecting efforts into appointments and signed business
Strengthen conversion skills to create a predictable and scalable pipeline - Host open houses and generate additional opportunities
Expand your network and attract new business through consistent activity - Track all tasks, contacts, and performance in PLACE Technology
Stay organized, accountable, and data-driven - Participate in weekly coaching, training, script practice, and team activities
Continuously improve performance and operate at a higher level
Qualifications
- Active Florida Real Estate License (required join the team, but not to apply)
- 3+ years of real estate sales experience preferred but not required, if you're newly licensed, feel free to apply as well!
- Strong work ethic with a competitive and driven mindset
- Proven ability or strong desire to generate and convert business
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Growth-minded, coachable, and accountable
- Organized with strong time management skills
- Willingness to learn and implement proven scripts and systems
- Team-oriented with a desire to grow within a high-performance environment
Compensation
$100,000 - $130,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
