Compensation is commission-based with access to team-provided opportunities, systems, and support designed to help you increase your income and production.

Responsibilities
• Generate new business through lead follow-up, open houses, sphere, and prospecting so you maintain a consistent pipeline
• Convert inbound and outbound leads into appointments and signed clients to drive revenue
• Conduct buyer and seller consultations to guide clients through the process with confidence
• Show homes, host open houses, and manage active clients to create a strong client experience
• Negotiate contracts and manage deals through closing to ensure successful outcomes
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up so no opportunity is lost
• Track all activity and pipeline in CRM to ensure organization, accountability, and conversion
• Participate in team training, coaching, and accountability to continuously improve performance
Qualifications
• Active real estate license or currently in the process of obtaining one
• Strong work ethic and high level of personal accountability
• Comfortable with lead generation, follow-up, and client-facing conversations
• Coachable and willing to follow a proven system
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage time, priorities, and pipeline independently
• Comfortable with technology, CRM systems, and learning new tools quickly
• Desire to grow, produce, and perform at a high level
Compensation
$60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
