Responsibilities
Here's what you'll do:
- Help buyers and sellers by negotiating offers confidently on their behalf
- Always put clients’ best interests first and act with integrity
- Use Brivity (our CRM) to keep track of tasks, client chats, and appointments
- Follow our proven business development methods every day
- Join weekly coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls to keep learning
- Know the ins and outs of pricing, home staging, and other listing services
- Complete our full Agent Training program with success
- Meet with potential sellers to walk them through the home selling process
- Get listing agreements to help clients market and sell their homes
- Set up meetings with buyers to guide them through buying their new home
- Secure buyer agreements to show homes, prepare offers, and negotiate deals
- Share detailed info about properties and neighborhoods during showings
- Coordinate property visits smoothly with clients and other agents
- Keep growing your real estate knowledge through ongoing training
- Stay professional and provide great customer service every step of the way
- Aim to close at least 2 transactions each month
Qualifications

Preferred Skills
- 3+ years of sales experience (in any field)
- Prior experience in real estate or related field
- Prior experience maintaining a CRM or database software
- Confident and comfortable making over-the-phone sales calls
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 18+ years old
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Washington State Real Estate License
- Ability to pass a background check
Compensation
$80,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
