• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by understanding their needs and preferences
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase available listings
• Negotiate contracts and offers between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable terms
• Provide clients with market analysis, pricing strategies, and real estate trends
• Build and maintain a network of clients, prospects, and industry contacts to generate leads and referrals

• Valid real estate license in the state of Delaware
• Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values
• Proficient in real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
