• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance throughout the entire real estate transaction process.
• Conduct market research to identify property values, market trends, and competitive listings to advise clients effectively.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and other real estate professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
• Coordinate property showings, open houses, and inspections to showcase listings and attract potential buyers.
• Utilize marketing strategies, including digital platforms and social media, to promote listings and generate leads.
• Stay updated on local real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure professional and ethical service delivery.

• Valid Arizona real estate license required
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a licensed real estate agent preferred
• Strong knowledge of local Chandler and greater Phoenix real estate markets
• Proven track record of successful property sales and client satisfaction
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and commitment to client service
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required

$60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
