Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance throughout the entire real estate transaction process.
  • Conduct market research to identify property values, market trends, and competitive listings to advise clients effectively.
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts, including potential buyers, sellers, and other real estate professionals.
  • Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings to showcase available listings.
  • Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts while ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales or leases to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Stay updated on local real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices to provide accurate and reliable advice.

Qualifications

  • Valid real estate license in the state of North Carolina
  • Minimum of $1-$3M in production last 12 months
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
  • Proficient with real estate CRM software and MLS systems
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of professionalism and ethical standards
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Compensation

$85,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
