Responsibilities

  • Partner with and work hand in hand with Team Lead and top producing real estate professional of over 28 years to help them deliver the dream of homeownership to past clients
  • Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
  • Be present for all buyer consultations and listing consultations
  • Show buyers homes
  • Be present for any onsite sales related needs
    • Meet Photographer/stagers
    • Lock box and Marketing material drop offs
    • Retract town documents (building department & Assessors office docs)
    • Meet vendors (if necessary) at homes
  • Manage tasks and records in Brivity database 
  • Lead generate and follow up with database leads
  • Participate in daily script practice per team standards to increase confidence in conversation and communication 
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, PLACE Training, Brivity Training, and PLACE Partner Call

Qualifications

You are excellent at rapport building and are energized by working with people. You are passionate about selling and converting. You are organized and can handle multiple leads and consistent follow-up methods. You are passionate about teamwork and team oriented goals.

Compensation

$150,000 - $180,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
