Responsibilities

  • Continuously expand your market knowledge and stay informed.
  • Utilize PLACE lead generation models and systems effectively.
  • Guide buyers through the process, secure signed agreements, and assist them in finding the right homes.
  • Skillfully negotiate offers for both buyers and sellers.
  • Track tasks and activities using PLACE Technology and CRM database tools.
  • Conduct two open houses weekly.
  • Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments.
  • Engage in daily script practice and role-playing to enhance communication and conversion skills.
  • Participate in team lead generation activities in line with team standards.
  • Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and team meetings or calls.
  • Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing services.
  • Prepare and negotiate offers effectively.

Qualifications

  • Possession of a valid Real Estate License is required
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales
  • Strong written and oral communication abilities
  • Passionate about learning and self-improvement
  • Exceptionally organized with keen attention to detail
  • Open to mastering scripts and dialogues
  • Excellent time management capabilities
  • Skilled in data analysis to guide and inform clients

Compensation

$200,000 - $250,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
