Responsibilities
- Join the PLACE New Agent Launch to master lead generation and prospecting scripts.
- Turn inbound sales inquiries into scheduled appointments.
- Transform outbound sales opportunities into booked meetings.
- Assess leads to understand their motivation and financial situation, then relay this to the sales agents.
- Keep the database updated and maintain productivity reports.
- Dedicate time to improving your skills through education and script practice.
- Become an expert in the local real estate market.
- Participate in weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls.
- Use PLACE Technology to track your activities and manage client information.
Qualifications
- Great at building relationships and enjoy interacting with people
- Passionate about sales and closing deals
- Organized and able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups
- Love working in a team and achieving team goals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent on the phone
- Experience meeting sales targets
- Good at managing time and staying organized
- Quick to learn and use scripts
- Team-oriented
- Real estate license is a plus
Compensation
$80,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
