Responsibilities

• Complete the PLACE Launch program to reinforce your foundational skills and

jumpstart your momentum

• Consistently apply the PLACE lead generation model weekly to expand your client

pipeline

• Leverage PLACE Technology to streamline your workflow and stay organized amid a

busy schedule

• Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls to

accelerate your growth

• Transform prospecting eƯorts into solid client meetings that drive transactions

• Engage in weekly team script practice to sharpen your communication and regain

confidence

• Actively participate in team events to rebuild connections and foster a supportive

environment

• Collaborate closely with seller clients to secure listings and implement eƯective

marketing strategies

• Advise sellers on pricing, staging, and presentation techniques to maximize market

appeal and sale price

• Skillfully negotiate oƯers to secure the best outcomes for both sellers and buyers

• Partner with buyers to navigate contracts and pinpoint properties that meet their needs

Qualifications

• Active OR or WA Real Estate License is REQUIRED for this role

• At least 1+ year of prior real estate sales experience

• Driven sales expert with a competitive mindset

• Skilled in building authentic client connections

• Experienced in prospecting and overcoming objections

• Clear and effective communicator

• Team-oriented and collaborative

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Dedicated to ongoing professional growth

• Highly organized with excellent time management

• Eager to learn and practice scripts and techniques

This is a 100% commission-based role. The time and effort you are willing to commit to this role will have a direct impact on your net commission income.

Compensation estimate is based on closing 1 to 2 sales monthly.

Compensation

$50,000 - $80,000 USD Yearly
