• Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments, home tours, and open houses.
• Provide feedback and communicate buyer preferences to the lead agent to facilitate the selection process.
• Ensure all property information is accessible to clients during showings.
• Maintain and manage client database and follow up with potential buyers in a timely manner.
• Support the lead agent in preparing and submitting offers and closing documents.
• Uphold a professional demeanor and provide exceptional customer service at all times.

• Active Texas real estate license
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; frequent driving required
• People-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in using real estate software and CRM tools
• Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings as required
• Bilingual abilities (especially Spanish) are highly desirable
