Responsibilities
- Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, home tours, and open houses.
- Provide feedback and communicate buyer preferences to the lead agent to facilitate the selection process.
- Ensure all property information is accessible to clients during showings.
- Maintain and manage client database and follow up with potential buyers in a timely manner.
- Support the lead agent in preparing and submitting offers and closing documents.
- Uphold a professional demeanor and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in real estate, sales, or related field is a plus
- Active real estate license in the state of Texas or willingness to obtain one before employment
- Minimum of 1 year experience in real estate or a similar customer service-oriented role
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in using real estate software and CRM tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings as required
- Bilingual abilities (especially Spanish) are highly desirable
Compensation
$40,000 - $80,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
