Responsibilities
- Successfully complete the PLACE Launch program and seamlessly incorporate all related systems, models, and standards into your everyday workflow.
- Regularly engage with PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis to grow and convert your client base.
- Partner with buyers to fully understand their requirements, secure signed agreements, and guide them through every step of the buying process.
- Work alongside sellers to obtain listings and implement effective marketing, pricing strategies, and negotiation tactics.
- Advocate for clients by skillfully negotiating offers to deliver exceptional outcomes.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of all transactions and activities using PLACE Technology.
- Host at least two open houses each month to attract new prospects and expand your network.
- Convert all prospecting and lead generation efforts into qualified appointments consistently.
- Participate in weekly script and skill practice sessions to sharpen your communication and conversion skills.
- Take an active role in team meetings, accountability check-ins, and company events as per team guidelines.
- Commit to ongoing growth through weekly one-on-one coaching, team training, and Partner Calls.
- Leverage PLACE’s tools and systems to boost your production and develop your team, focusing on leadership and revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Proven track record as a motivated and growth-focused real estate expert with extensive experience in sales and client engagement.
- Possess a competitive, entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in settings that demand high achievement and responsibility.
- Proficient in building strong client relationships, accurately identifying their needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
- Experienced in lead generation, prospecting, and successfully closing sales opportunities.
- A confident and polished communicator dedicated to providing outstanding client service.
- Cooperative team-oriented professional who values training, mentorship, and collaborative success.
- Maintain an active real estate license with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential real estate transactions.
- Highly organized and self-disciplined, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines effectively.
- Dedicated to ongoing professional development and receptive to utilizing proven systems, models, scripts, and communication strategies.
- Excellent time management skills aimed at achieving results, promoting growth, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Compensation
$100,000 - $180,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
