What You’ll Do

• Work active buyer and seller clients using company-provided and self-generated leads
• Follow a proven daily schedule focused on income-producing activities
• Conduct buyer consultations, showings, and listing presentations
• Write and negotiate contracts with confidence
• Maintain consistent follow-up using our CRM (Brivity)
• Participate in coaching, training, and team accountability sessions
• Track performance and improve conversion rates over time

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License
• Previous real estate experience (transactions or client work)
