Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion & Client Management: Use PLACE’s CRM, lead management tools, and communication systems to turn leads into loyal clients.
- Buyer & Seller Representation: Guide clients through buying, selling, and investing in real estate with expert advice and attentive service.
- Market Analysis & Expertise: Stay informed on market trends, neighborhood insights, and property valuations using PLACE’s analytics tools.
- Transaction Management: Work seamlessly with PLACE’s operations and transaction support teams to ensure smooth and efficient closings.
- Continuous Learning & Growth: Participate in PLACE coaching, training programs, and performance reviews to sharpen your skills and grow your business.
- Business Development & Networking: Expand your pipeline by leveraging PLACE systems, community connections, and referral strategies.
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

- 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience

Compensation
$65,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
