Responsibilities
- Manage and grow your personal real estate pipeline, focusing on repeat and referral clients
- Deliver a high-level client experience from contract to close
- Leverage team systems, marketing, and transaction coordination to increase efficiency
- Maintain consistent communication with clients and database through proven touchpoint strategies
- Participate in team events, client appreciation initiatives, and community outreach
- Collaborate with internal support staff (transaction coordinators, marketing, operations)
- Track and manage leads, tasks, and transactions within team CRM systems
- Contribute to team culture and growth through collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Engage in ongoing training, coaching, and business planning
Qualifications
- Active real estate license (Arizona or ability to transfer)
- Proven track record of closed transactions (experienced agents only)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to grow beyond solo production
- Coachable and open to leveraging systems and support
- Organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
- Professional, client-first mindset
- Interest in long-term wealth building, not just transactional income
Compensation
$100,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
