• Manage and grow your personal real estate pipeline, focusing on repeat and referral clients
• Deliver a high-level client experience from contract to close
• Leverage team systems, marketing, and transaction coordination to increase efficiency
• Maintain consistent communication with clients and database through proven touchpoint strategies
• Participate in team events, client appreciation initiatives, and community outreach
• Collaborate with internal support staff (transaction coordinators, marketing, operations)
• Track and manage leads, tasks, and transactions within team CRM systems
• Contribute to team culture and growth through collaboration and knowledge sharing
• Engage in ongoing training, coaching, and business planning

• Active real estate license (Arizona or ability to transfer)
• Proven track record of closed transactions (experienced agents only)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a desire to grow beyond solo production
• Coachable and open to leveraging systems and support
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
• Professional, client-first mindset
• Interest in long-term wealth building, not just transactional income

$100,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
