Who You Are
You have extensive expertise in the real estate field. Your experience enables you to expertly navigate clients’ emotional experiences while managing multiple priorities seamlessly. (Extra credit if you’ve thrived in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment!) You excel at anticipating challenges and adapting quickly.
Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE Launch
- Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
- Commitment surrounding weekly open houses, lead generation and accountability
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, Partner Calls and certifications
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Here are some of the key proficiencies we’re looking for:
- You enjoy working with both buyers and sellers
- You currently closing at least 6 to 10 transactions annually
- You have an understanding of real estate tools such as CAR/ZipForms, DocuSign, MLS and consider yourself tech-savvy
- Nice-to-have: Familiarity with tools like Slack, Brivity, BombBomb, G Suite (we provide you with all these tools, plus a lot more, at no cost to you)
Location/commute: We all live and work all over the East Bay, but our market center is in Oakland. Ideally you live within a quick drive to the Oakland Keller Williams office.
Type of employment/hours: While real estate agents set their own hours, we expect you to commit to this gig full-time, including weekends. This isn’t a side hustle. We also have a few weekly meetings we expect you to attend. (Virtual is fine!)

Compensation
$100,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.

Who are we anyway?
We’re an open-minded but no-BS real estate team of nine women (including agents and staff). We are not your average suits-and-stilettos type agents. The Monday Team likes to get its hands dirty. We take on the deals no other agent wants to touch, and we’re really good at what we do. We are a competitive team of go-getters and motivated individuals who know how to have fun while getting the job done. When our clients decide to work with us, we tell them to buckle up, because where other agents simply promise results, we deliver. Last year, we closed a record 70+ deals.
