Responsibilities
- ๐ Successfully complete the PLACE Launch training program
- ๐ Consistently apply PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly schedule
- ๐ค Guide buyers through the process, obtain signed buyer agreements, and match them with appropriate properties
- ๐ผ Skillfully negotiate offers on behalf of both buyers and sellers
- ๐ Track and document all tasks and activities utilizing PLACE Technology
- ๐ Conduct a minimum of two open houses each month
- ๐ Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into confirmed appointments
- ๐ค Participate in weekly script rehearsals in accordance with team protocols
- ๐ค Actively engage in team meetings and events as needed
- ๐ Dedicate time weekly for one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
- ๐ก Work closely with sellers to secure listings and market their properties effectively
- ๐ก Demonstrate expertise in pricing, staging, and other essential listing
Qualifications
- ๐ Licensed Real Estate Professional
- ๐ At least 5 closed sales or a proven strong sales track record
- ๐ฅ Self-driven sales expert with a competitive edge
- ๐ค Skilled at building rapport, actively listening, and providing tailored solutions
- ๐ฏ Proficient in prospecting and generating leads
- ๐ช Naturally adept at handling objections
- ๐ฃ๏ธ Effective communicator dedicated to exceptional service
- ๐ค๐ค Collaborative team player
- โ๏ธ Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- ๐ Growth-oriented and eager to learn

Compensation
$60,000 - $90,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
