Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE Launch
- Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
- Conduct two open houses monthly
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
Qualifications
You possess an innate drive as a sales professional, fueled by a competitive edge. Your ability to establish rapport, attentively listen to others' needs, and offer solutions is exceptional. Prospecting and generating leads are areas where you excel, effortlessly overcoming objections. Your communication skills are robust, and your dedication to providing top-notch service is unwavering.

- 2+ years’ of real estate sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation
$50,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
