What you'll be doing:

• Run structured lead generation systems weekly — not cold calling into the void, but proven methods that generate real business.
• Host two open houses per month as part of a consistent, repeatable business-building rhythm.
• Convert prospecting activity into signed appointments and buyer agreements at a high rate.
• Participate in weekly script practice and team sessions — yes, even experienced agents. The best ones never stop sharpening.
• Commit to a weekly 1:1 coaching session and team training calls. We treat this as a career, not a side hustle.
• Consult with buyers, secure agreements, identify properties, and negotiate offers with confidence.
• Track your pipeline and client activity inside our team platform so nothing falls through the cracks.

• Valid Florida Real Estate License
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a licensed real estate agent
• Proven track record of successful property sales and client satisfaction
• Strong knowledge of the Jacksonville, FL real estate market and local neighborhoods
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient with real estate CRM software and MLS systems
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining professional ethics
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Familiarity with real estate contracts, disclosures, and legal requirements in Florida

$100,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly
