You're an experienced agent — you know the work. Here's how you'll channel it on our team:

• Complete PLACE Launch to align with our systems and hit the ground running
• Execute lead generation systems weekly and convert prospecting activities into appointments
• Consult with buyers and sellers at a high level — converting sellers to listings and buyers to signed agreements
• Price strategically, advise on staging, and deliver full-service listing expertise from day one
• Negotiate offers skillfully on behalf of your clients
• Host two open houses monthly
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology to stay sharp and accountable
• Participate in weekly script practice, team activities, and the Partner Call
• Commit to your weekly 1:1 coaching session with Chris and ongoing team trainings
• Demonstrate the professionalism and consistency that sets top producers apart
