• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in the Akron, Ohio area.
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings to potential buyers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Prepare and present offers, negotiate contracts, and facilitate smooth transaction processes.
• Stay updated on local market trends, property values, and legal regulations.
• Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to ensure successful closings.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and market data using company CRM systems.

• Valid Ohio real estate license in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a real estate agent
• Proven track record of successful property sales and client satisfaction
• Strong knowledge of the Akron, Ohio real estate market and local regulations
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient with real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

$75,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
