Experienced Real Estate Agent

Milestone Property Group, a respected real estate firm serving Northeast Ohio, is looking for a driven and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our team. You will support clients throughout the real estate process, offering informed guidance, timely communication, and skilled representation in a changing market.

This position involves working with a broad portfolio of residential and commercial properties. By combining your real estate knowledge with an understanding of local market trends, you will help clients achieve successful results. The ideal candidate is dedicated to client satisfaction, committed to providing outstanding service, and eager to continue developing professionally.

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in the Akron, Ohio area.
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings to potential buyers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Prepare and present offers, negotiate contracts, and facilitate smooth transaction processes.
• Stay updated on local market trends, property values, and legal regulations.
• Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to ensure successful closings.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and market data using company CRM systems.

• Valid Ohio real estate license in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a real estate agent
• Proven track record of successful property sales and client satisfaction
• Strong knowledge of the Akron, Ohio real estate market and local regulations
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient with real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

$75,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
