Our systems allow agents to remove up to 75% of the daily administrative workload, allowing them to focus on listings, negotiations, and client service.

Responsibilities
• Generate and convert buyer and seller opportunities
• Conduct listing presentations and buyer consultations
• Negotiate contracts and manage transactions
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service
• Utilize team systems for lead follow-up and marketing
• Participate in team training, accountability, and collaboration
• Contribute to a high-performance team culture

Compensation
$150,000 - $225,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
