Responsibilities
- Complete KW Everett Agent Launch program
- Implement weekly lead generation systems
- Turn prospecting efforts into appointments
- Engage in weekly script practice
- Join team activities regularly
- Advise sellers, secure listings, and market properties
- Showcase knowledge in pricing, staging, and listing services
- Negotiate offers for sellers
- Record activities and client interactions in KW & Command Technology
Qualifications
You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

- 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation
$125,000 - $219,500 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
