Responsibilities

  • Complete PLACE Agent Launch
  • Execute PLACE's lead generation systems on a weekly basis.
  • Comfortable conducting two open houses per month
  • Converting prospecting and lead generation activities into appointments.
  • Participation in weekly script practice and team activities
  • Commitment to weekly coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls.
  • Able to consult with sellers, convert them into listings, and effectively market their homes.
  • Expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services
  • Ability to negotiate offers on behalf of sellers
  • Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology for efficient and effective management.

Compensation

$165,000 - $175,000 USD Yearly
