Responsibilities

Growth Commitments

  • Participate in PLACE Launch for Experienced Agents to align with proven systems, models, and growth strategies
  • Implement PLACE lead generation systems to drive consistent business growth
  • Consult with sellers, secure listings, and execute strategic marketing plans
  • Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategy, home preparation, staging, and listing presentation
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers and buyers
  • Utilize PLACE Technology to maintain visibility, accountability, and operational efficiency
  • Leverage open houses, events, and community engagement opportunities to expand market presence and generate business
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities into appointments
  • Participate in weekly business development and communication training
  • Participate in team activities that support collaboration, growth, and culture
  • Engage in weekly coaching, leadership development, and strategic growth conversations

Qualifications

You May be a great fit if...

  • You have an active real estate license
  • 3+ years of real estate sales experience preferred*
  • Intrinsically motivated with a competitive edge and a drive to win
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

*Candidates with less experience but a strong track record of production and business growth may also be considered.

Compensation

$120,000 - $180,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
