Responsibilities
- Consistently leverage PLACE lead generation systems each week π
- Host two open houses monthly π
- Transform prospecting and lead generation into client appointments π€
- Practice scripts weekly to uphold team standards π€
- Actively participate in team events and initiatives π€
- Engage in weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls π
- Counsel sellers, secure listings, and market properties effectively π‘
- Offer expert advice on pricing, staging, and listing services π‘
- Negotiate offers on clientsβ behalf π€
- Keep detailed records of activities and client data using PLACE Technology π₯οΈ
Qualifications

Compensation
$80,000 - $200,000 USD annually π΅

- π Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
- π Engage in weekly script practice following team guidelines
- π€ Participate actively in team events and initiatives
- π Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls
- π‘ Consult with sellers, secure listings, and promote homes on the market
- π‘ Showcase expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services
