Responsibilities
- π Graduate from PLACE Experienced Agent 90 day Launch
- π‘ Master Buyer Consultation - Collaborate with sales agents to guide clients in finding homes
- π Master Listing Consultation - Assist and shadow lead agents with listing sales
- βοΈ Provide detailed, written feedback to help confirm or adjust clientsβ search criteria
- π Write and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and clients
- β° Generate leads for a minimum of 10 hours per week
- π€ Participate in weekly script practice following team standards
- π€ Engage in team activities as per team guidelines
- π Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, trainings, and Partner Calls
- π Follow our documented system to meet your goals and track tasks using PLACE Technology for success
Qualifications
- Proven track record of prioritizing clients' needs with a servantβs heart β€οΈβπ©Ή
- Passionate about mentoring others and leading teams π±π₯
- Experience preferred in recruiting and building strong teams π€
- Enthusiastic about models, systems, and organizational structure ππ οΈ
- Consistent habit of generating leads and developing client relationships ππ

- Minimum 3 years of real estate experience with 10+ closed transactions annually π π
