As a Listing Specialist, you will influence market dynamics, expertly manage property listings, and showcase homes with exceptional professionalism and skill. • Graduate from Team Experienced Agent Launch
• Execute team lead generation systems weekly
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
• Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging and other listing-related services
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers
• Track activities and clients in Team Technology

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

• Team player
• Licensed in North Carolina
• 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Learning based, growth-minded 
• Organized
• Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues 
• Excellent time management skills

$90,000 - $190,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
