About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Real Estate Operations & Transaction Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be working directly as the right hand to a top-producing agent, ensuring every detail of the business runs smoothly and efficiently. This position is perfect for someone who is confident, organized, and thrives in a supportive role-someone who prefers helping build a successful business rather than building their own. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Transaction Coordination: Manage all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to close, ensuring every detail is handled accurately and on time.
  • Data Entry & Management: Maintain meticulous records, update databases, and ensure all information is current and correct, data input for the MLS.
  • Customer Service: Deliver a high level of service to clients and team members, anticipating needs and resolving issues before they arise.
  • Process Improvement: Research and recommend the best tools, systems, and processes to keep our business running smoothly.
  • Administrative Support: Be my right hand-anticipate my needs, keep me organized, and help me shine, will involve calendar management as well.
  • Documentation: Prepare and review contracts, disclosures, and other transaction documents with precision and care.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay coachable and open to feedback, always striving to improve and learn new skills.

Qualifications

Ideal Candidate

  • Licensed in Real Estate (or willing to obtain license)
  • Transaction Coordination experience preferred
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all work
  • Loves data entry and process management
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine desire to help others
  • Takes pride in their work 
  • Proactive and anticipatory-always one step ahead
  • Not focused on building their own business, but passionate about helping our business grow
  • Photographic memory a plus!
  • Proficient in English; additional languages a bonus
  • CAN DO attitude: Nothing is too hard, always finds a way
  • Confident yet humble: Knows their strengths but is coachable and open to growth
  • Loves to research and find the best tools and solutions for our team

Compensation

$40,000 - $45,000 USD Yearly
