We are a high-performing real estate business led by a $30M+ solo agent seeking a licensed Executive Assistant / Operations Manager to oversee all non-revenue-producing activities.

This position is ideal for an experienced real estate agent who loves the business but no longer wants the pressure of prospecting, chasing leads, or living commission-to-commission. If you thrive in managing contracts, solving problems, protecting clients, and running operations at a high level — this role allows you to stay in real estate, use your expertise daily, and contribute meaningfully to a high level business.

Responsibilities

  • 1. Transaction Management (Contract to Close)
  • 2. Listing Management (Listing to Contract)
  • 3. Operations & Administrative Leadership
  • 4. Marketing & Client Experience Coordination
  • 5. Field & Logistics Support

Qualifications

  • Active real estate license (required)
  • Previous experience selling residential real estate (required)
  • Proven experience managing transactions from contract to close
  • Strong knowledge of contracts, timelines, and broker compliance requirements
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously without oversight
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with MLS, CRM systems, e-signature platforms, and Google Workspace
  • Financial management familiarity (budgeting, P&L tracking preferred)
  • Process-driven with the ability to build and improve systems
  • Seeking a long-term operations leadership role

Compensation

$50,000 - $80,000 USD Yearly
