• 🎓 Complete the PLACE Launch program
• 📈 Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
• 🤝 Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in home selection
• 💼 Negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers
• 🗂️ Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
• 🏠 Host two open houses each month
• 📞 Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
• 🎤 Engage in weekly script practice following team guidelines
• 🤗 Participate actively in team events and initiatives
• 📅 Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• 🏡 Consult with sellers, secure listings, and effectively market properties
• 💡 Showcase expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing services
• 💪 Maintain a persistent and never-give-up attitude

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

$60,000 - $80,000 USD Yearly
