The Junior Real Estate Agent role at Livian Vermont is designed for newly licensed, early-career agents, or even those considering becoming licensed, who want to build a real estate career the right way—by learning directly from experienced professionals inside a proven system.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up with new and existing leads and convert appointments into signed buyer or listing agreements
  • Conduct buyer consultations and assist with seller consultations alongside experienced agents
  • Coordinate and conduct home tours for buyers, providing feedback and helping clients clarify their priorities
  • Show homes, write offers, and help negotiate contracts with guidance from your mentor
  • Help manage transactions through inspection, appraisal, and closing with strong team support
  • Maintain accurate notes, tasks, and follow-up plans in Brivity CRM so no opportunity falls through the cracks
  • Participate in daily lead generation, prospecting, and database nurturing activities
  • Practice scripts, roleplay, and attend team training and masterminds to continuously improve your skills

Typical Growth Path

Most Junior Agents spend their first few months developing their database, mastering lead generation, and closing their first transactions.

During this phase you’ll focus on:

  • Building daily prospecting habits
  • Converting appointments into signed clients
  • Developing negotiation and contract skills

As your production grows and you begin consistently closing transactions, you’ll graduate into the Real Estate Agent Partner role, where you operate your own real estate business while leveraging the full systems, marketing, and operational support of Livian Vermont and PLACE.

Qualifications

  • Active real estate license, currently working toward obtaining a real estate license, or willing to obtain a real estate license
  • Strong work ethic and a learning-based mindset
  • Excellent people skills and the ability to build trust quickly
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment with accountability for results
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow systems and checklists
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed

Compensation

$55,000 - $85,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
