• 📈 Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
• 🤝 Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify suitable homes
• 💼 Negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers
• 🗂️ Monitor tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
• 🏠 Host ten or more open houses each month
• 📞 Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
• 🎭 Engage in weekly script practice following team guidelines
• 🤗 Participate actively in team events as per team standards
• 📅 Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, trainings, and Partner Calls
• 🏡 Consult with sellers, convert leads into listings, and promote homes
• 📊 Showcase expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services
