• Complete PLACE Launch to build your foundation and begin generating business
• Execute weekly lead generation activities using our proven PLACE systems
• Consult with buyers and sellers and learn to convert conversations into signed agreements
• Host two open houses monthly to build your skills and your database
• Track your tasks and pipeline in PLACE Technology
• Participate in weekly script practice, team activities, and the Partner Call
• Commit to your weekly 1:1 coaching session with Chris and all team trainings
• Learn to price strategically, advise on staging, and deliver exceptional listing service
